LANSING, Mich. — Thousands of BWL customers were without power in Lansing Tuesday afternoon.
Amy Adamy with BWL told FOX 47 the outage was caused by a problem at a substation.
Adamy said crews are working to restore the power.
BWL said the estimated restoration time is around 8 p.m. Tuesday.
