DELTA TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Law enforcement responded to the north end of Garfield Avenue at around 7:30 p.m. Friday night on reports that someone had been stabbed.
Eaton County Sheriff's Deputies and Lansing Township Police responded to the scene.
The Lansing Police canine unit was also called in to search the area along the bike path running east of Sharp Park.
It is unclear who or what they were looking for.
Neighbors say one person was taken away from the scene in an ambulance.
We're waiting on more information from authorities.
What they do say is there is no threat to the public.
