Police have released a composite sketch of one of the suspects in a reported abduction and assault in Columbia Township.
The 17-year-old female victim, told police she was walking on Audell Drive, off Wamplers Lake Road, at approximately 9:30 p.m., when a van approached, slowed and then stopped as two males got out and forced her into the van. She advised she kicked at the suspects and was assaulted, and then passed out.
She advised when she came to at approximately 11:00 p.m., she was laying in the County Park on North Drive, and the suspects and vehicle were gone. She then texted her mother, who then drove to pick her up.
The victim told police that three white males were in the van. She says she did not get a good look at the driver. She advised the rear passenger and right-front passenger got out and put her in the van. She described the rear passenger as in his 40’s, with an unshaven face, dark short hair, and wearing a dark sweatshirt. She described the front-seat passenger as a male in his 20’s, with long dark-thick hair.
The victim also described the van as an older-model black or dark minivan, with a large black sticker on the passenger-side sliding door glass. It's also severely rusted, dirty inside, with a sagging headliner, and missing middle seats.
