LANSING, Mich. — The pedestrian struck by a vehicle on Friday, Oct. 18, has died due to his injuries.
Police identified the man as 52 year-old Lansing resident, Brian Keith Miller.
The accident occurred about 12:50 p.m. Friday.
Police confirmed the accident in that area that involved a vehicle and a pedestrian in the 5400 block of S. Cedar.
According to police the accident remains under investigation, however they believe the pedestrian was walking East and entered the roadway.
The driver of the car is a 79-year-old man.
Police said alcohol, drugs, and vehicle speed do not appear to be a factor in this accident.
