Authorities in suburban Detroit say five restaurant co-workers who died in a house fire were from Mexico.
Novi Public Safety Director David Molloy says the men died in a basement fire Sunday that might be linked to careless smoking and a mattress.
Molloy says the victim's worked at Kim's Garden, a Chinese restaurant in Novi.
