Three people were shot and killed Saturday at a residence in Spring Arbor Township.

It happened in the 5200 block of Moscow Road in Spring Arbor Township in Jackson County around 5:50 p.m.

When police arrived, they entered the home and found three people had been shot: 44-year-old Curtis Steven Sturgill, 61-year-old Gregory Allen Heath, and 60-year-old Katherine Sturgill.

The woman was treated at the scene and transported to Henry Ford Allegiance where she was later pronounced dead. Both men were pronounced dead at the scene.

All three lived at the home. Heath was a live-in boyfriend to Katherine Sturgill, and Curtis was Katherine's son.

Police say that it appeared Heath shot and killed Curtis Sturgill before shooting Katherine Sturgill and then turning the gun on himself.

They say that they are not looking for any other suspects.

Police told News 10 that there have not been other calls to the home for any kind of violence. Also, no one else lived in the house.
