We have learned the 6-year-old girl who died in the fire was a Holt Public Schools student. The district held a moment of silence at 8:40 a.m. this morning in honor of the girl who died.
Superintendent David Hornak sent an email to parents saying he would be creating a gofundme account once the girl's name is released.
An update is expected later today.
