Milwaukee police say a man wanted for abducting his two-year-old daughter and killing the girl's mother has been arrested.
Dariaz Higgins was arrested Wednesday afternoon by Milwaukee police. He's charged with fatally shooting Sierra Robinson and wounding another woman Monday afternoon.
Police issued an AMBER Alert for her daughter Noelani Robinson.
WISN 12 News reported that Sierra Robinson is Noelani's mother.
Another person was taken into custody for harboring and aiding a fugitive, Milwaukee police said.
Noelani has not been found at this time. Although Milwaukee police initially said Noelani could be in the Ann Arbor area, Ann Arbor police say Thursday morning there's no evidence suggest that she is.
