UPDATE: Man who allegedly exposed himself in Delta Township has been arraigned.

DELTA TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Reed Francis McGrath, also known as the underwear suspect, was arraigned in Eaton County on Tuesday.

His bond was set at $900,000.

McGrath, 26, will also be required to have a GPS tether.

At the arraignment McGrath faced the following charges:
1. Child Accosting for Immoral Purposes
2. Gross Indecency between Male and Female
3. Indecent Exposure
4. Disorderly Person/Obscene Conduct
5. Criminal Sexual Conduct 4th Degree
6. Indecent Exposure
7. Indecent Exposure
8. Disorderly Person/Obscene Conduct
9. Aggravated Indecent Exposure

News 10 first reported on the man following an incident on April 3, 2019.

A woman said the man grabbed her young daughter and tried to pull the girl's pants down as the girl played in a neighbor's back yard on Point West Boulevard.

At the time, police said a man had been reported wearing nothing but underwear on Costwald Drive.

Later, the sheriff's office said incidents involving the same person had been reported on Montevideo Drive and Chanticleer Trail in Delta Township.

McGrath's next court date is scheduled for May 2.

A preliminary hearing will be held on May 8.
