Ingham County prosecutors have charged the suspect in the investigation into two homemade bombs found in Delhi Township earlier this month. Dustin Clark of Holt was arraigned Monday on the following counts:
- Receiving & Concealing a Firearm
- Felon in Possession of a Firearm
- Possession of a Dangerous Weapon
- Felony firearm
Clark is due back in 55th District Court on September 7. Prosecutors are not saying if they know what, if anything, the bombs were supposed to be used for.
A woman found the bombs in her home at the Delhi Manor mobile home on August 22. She told deputies someone had left them behind by someone who'd been staying there. State Police were called in and detonated one of the bombs. The U.S. Marshals Office, FBI and ATF all assisted the Sheriff's Office with the investigation.
