A woman is dead after being stabbed in what police are calling a domestic dispute.
Dean Rey Salinas has been charged with open murder after police say he stabbed Kelly Moubray Wednesday night.
When officers arrived, they found 50-year-old Moubray stabbed in the chest. She did not survive her injuries.
It happened in the 1000 block of Greenwood Avenue sometime before 8:10 p.m.
