The condition of Kalamazoo shooting victim, 14-year-old Abigail Kopf, has been upgraded from "serious" to "fair" according to a post on a fundraising page that has been created on her behalf.
The post from Tuesday, March 1, 2016 says "Our girl is fighting...and winning! HER CONDITION HAS BEEN UPGRADED FROM SERIOUS TO FAIR!! Please continue to hold this amazing girl through her climb and help us bring her home. "
Abigail was outside a Cracker Barrel near Kalamazoo on February 20, when she was shot in the head, leaving her gravely wounded. Six other people died in the shootings. Four other victims at the restaurant and two at a car dealership. Another woman who was shot at an apartment building survived.
Jason Dalton is charged with murder and attempted murder in the shootings.
