Firefighters were called to the 4000-block of Doncaster Avenue near Kiwanis Park Wednesday a little before 4 a.m.
The Delhi Township Fire Chief says an accidental electrical fire started in the back of the house.
It destroyed the house and killed the owner's cat, lizard, and pet rodents.
The owner and her dog were not home at the time.
