LANSING, Mich. — Meridian Township Manager Frank Walsh said a contractor is out repairing buildings and cleaning up the property at the Walnut Hills Country Club.
The cleanup comes a day after people who live nearby complained about the vacant and overgrown property.
A developer bought the property last year with a plan to build 250 homes.
The developer said he still plans to develop the site.
