The Jackson Co. Prosecutor's Office has issued an arrest warrant for a man involved in a shooting outside a bar that sent one person to the hospital Sunday morning.
Forty-year-old Leandrew Martin is the suspect in the shooting occurred outside of Kingston's Lounge and the Avenues Gentlemen's Club on July 22. The shooting happened around 12:45 AM.
The felony warrant for Martin is for Assault With Intent To Murder, Firearm Possession by Felon, Ammunition Possession by Felon, Carrying Concealed Weapon, Carrying Weapon with Unlawful Intent, and Felony Firearm.
FOX 47 obtained surveillance camera video from the shooting.
Jackson police say they got a call about shots fired behind Kingston's Lounge located in the 600 block of East Michigan Avenue around 12:45 a.m. Sunday.
According to Jackson police, a large fight broke out in the parking lot behind the bar and a man pulled out a gun and started shooting.
Surveillance video shows the suspect fire several shots at a crowd of people, sending dozens of people running for cover.
One person was hurt in the shooting and had to be taken to the hospital, Jackson police said.
The victim's injuries are not considered to be life-threatening.
