LANSING, Mich. — U.S. Army, Aldevra partner in recruiting program

Virtual (Facebook @ArmyMichigan) – Representatives of the Great Lakes Army Recruiting Battalion and Aldevra medical/food service equipment and healthcare/service staffing company will sign an agreement on June 15th, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. This agreement will provide priority hiring status to qualified Soldiers participating in the Partnership for Youth Success (PaYS) Program.

The Battalion Commander Lieutenant Colonel Ryan Berdiner and Chief Executive Office of Aldevra, Mr. Rodney Marshall will sign the PaYS agreement during a virtual ceremony on Facebook.

PaYS is a strategic partnership program between the Army and a cross section of U.S. corporations and public sector agencies. The Army wants to assist the Aldevra in bringing younger, highly qualified candidates into this job sector. Aldevra has been instrumental in ensuring that the Great Lakes Army Recruiting Battalion has the supplies needed in order to continue our mission when our offices are allowed to open.

The Army now has more than 616 partner corporations and public sector agencies across the nation, including local partners such as General Motors, Quicken Loans, Spectrum Health, Michigan State Police, and Detroit Police Department.
