A man and woman from Clinton County are scheduled to be arraigned on child pornography charges Thursday.
Records from 65-A District Court show Carol Boak of St. Johns and Kenneth Thelen of Westphalia will be arraigned before Judge Michael Clarizio.
Boak will be charged with:
- child abusive commercial activity
- possession of child sexual abusive material
- distributing or promoting child abusive commercial activity
- sodomy
- 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct with a person younger than 13
Thelen will be charged with:
- child abusive commercial activity
- 2 counts of possession of child sexual abusive material
