LANSING, Mich. — A dual-branded hotel is slated to begin construction in September and will be located at the Red Cedar Development project.
The hotels are anticipated to open during 2020.
Continental/Ferguson Lansing, LLC and Concord Hospitality Enterprises announced they will be partnering to create a Hyatt House and AC Hotel by Marriott.
The two hotels will be high tech, have modern guest rooms, and a ballroom, fitness center, rooftop bar and restaurant as well as a ground floor pool.
Continental/Ferguson is reportedly investing 250 million dollars to make these hotels a destination for the region.
