Updated at 7:33AM: Police say a crash involving two drivers appears to have been deliberate.
It happened just before 2:00 p.m. Tuesday afternoon near the Lansing Mall.
Police say the woman who was driving the SUV is hospitalized, and in serious condition.
Investigators aren't saying if the other driver an her car off the road, or exactly what happened. But they say people in both cars knew each other, and there was an ongoing dispute.
The other driver was arrested.

A driver is hospitalized after a two car accident on Lansing’s west side.
It happened around 2 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Saginaw and Robin streets near the Lansing Mall.
When first responders arrived they found an SUV flipped on its side.
Two people were inside the SUV at the time of the crash. The driver was taken to the hospital.
The driver of a sedan found responsible for the crash was arrested by Eaton County sheriff’s deputies and taken to Eaton County Jail. That driver will face charges.
The intersection was closed down for hours while crews cleaned up the crash.
