Investigators are looking through surveillance video to figure out what caused a pickup truck to crash into a west Michigan bank.
Police say the truck traveling through the city of Wyoming, drove off the road, hit a van in the bank parking lot, then smashed into the building.
The driver of the truck was taken to the hospital.
Three people in the van were taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Two people inside the bank suffered minor injuries.
