Posted

A shockingly quick end to a trial on Tuesday as a father admits to beating his two sons badly enough to injure them.

James Harbert pleaded guilty to three counts of first-degree child abuse during the second day of his trial.

The Jackson County Prosecutor tells us Harbert did so after one of his sons testified.

He faces a life sentence for each count.

His wife Tina is still on trial.

We'll let you know how the case ends.
