A trial date has been set for one of the criminal cases against former doctor Larry Nassar.
It will be held in Ingham County May 15th in Judge Rosemarie Aquilina's courtroom.
It's the case where Nassar is accused of sexually assaulting a child of a friend in his home.
The victim testified in a preliminary hearing that she was under the age of 13 when Nassar abused her from 1998 through 2005.
She was not a gymnast or patient.
Dozens of other women who say Nassar abused them are suing him in federal court.
He's also charged with possessing child pornography.
