A man was killed Monday morning from a tree falling on his vehicle.
A 32-year-old man from Lowell was driving down Webb Road at 7:48 a.m. when a tree fell on his car, killing him.
Police are not releasing his name at this time.
FOX 47 was on the scene and talked to neighbors. She was told that they had made complaints to the road commission, and even Consumers Energy about the dangerous tree, but nothing had been down.
Consumers said that was not their responsibility because the power lines are on the other side of the street.
Neighbors also told FOX 47 that the house was just sold to new owners who have not moved in yet.
FOX 47 has reached out to the road commission but has not received a statement.
