UPDATE 9:45 a.m.:
I-69 in Eaton County near Charlotte has re-opened. It had been closed for over four-hours this morning while crews cleared the scene of the trucks. No word yet on the condition of the truck drivers involved.

Interstate 69 in Eaton County north of Cochran Road remains shut down following an early morning crash between two semi-trucks.
Traffic has been at a standstill on the highway for hours. The two trucks collided earlier this morning near the Cochran Road exit. No word on injuries but we are told the accident is not fatal.
Northbound I-69 between Cochran Road and M-50 is closed as crews continue to clear the highway. Drivers are asked to avoid the area for now.
