Hudson Area Schools are shutting down for the day due to a threat to the district.
Every school in the district is closed, all activities for today canceled.
Teachers are not to report.
The district says police have been on scene searching the campuses, it plans to release more information later today.
The Hudson School District is located on the Lenawee, Hillsdale County Line in Southern Michigan.
