There's new information on a man who was shot while breaking into a house two days before Christmas.
On Tuesday, Jesse Irving pleaded guilty to seven felony charges, including home invasion, armed robbery and carjacking. He admits to breaking into a house on Winifred Street in Blackman Township last December.
The 77-year-old owner shot him in the stomach and Irving escaped by stealing the owner's truck, but was arrested after checking to a hospital.
He faces up to 22 years in prison when he sentenced.
