WOOD TV out of Grand Rapids is reporting that Theresa Lockhart was likely choked to death.
The autopsy results match what her husband, Christopher Lockhart confessed to in a letter left before his apparent suicide.
Theresa's body was found in Allegan county shortly after police found Christopher dead inside their home
Theresa had been missing for more than five months.
