Two teenagers who plead guilty to sexual assault and child pornography charges have been sentenced to juvenile rehab facilities.
Authorities say Brody McPhail of Grand Ledge filmed Hunter Chance of Ludington having sex with a 12-year-old girl and sent that video to other minors. McPhail was 14-years-old and Chance was 15-years-old when charges were back in August.
If either teen is released from juvenile detention before they're 21st birthday, they will remain on probation.
Brody McPhail is the son of former Eaton County Undersheriff Fred McPhail.
