A court hearing is scheduled Thursday morning for the five Clio teenagers accused of throwing rocks from an overpass down on Interstate 75 last month, killing a man.
Kyle Anger, Mark Sekelski, Mikadyn Payne, Alexander Miller and Trevor Gray are charged as adults with 1 count of second degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder, six counts each of felony malicious destruction of property and two counts each of misdemeanor malicious destruction of property in the death of 32-year-old Kenneth White.
White was killed by a rock that had been thrown off an overpass on I-75 in Genesee County's Vienna Township on October 18th, 2017.
The teens are being held without bond and face up to life in prison.
According to MLive, their attorneys will seek to request competency evaluations at Thursday's hearing.
