LANSING, Mich. — Court documents obtained contain new details about the sexual assault allegations against a Lansing youth pastor. Victor Trevino Junior is charged in two separate cases. The newly-obtained documents are from the case in Ingham County's 55th District Court.

In them, an Ingham County detective tells the judge a girl younger than 14 has accused Trevino of repeatedly molesting her at his home. She says Trevino often hosted sleepovers for kids from the church at the apartment in Holt where he lives with his wife and daughter. The girl says he touched her inappropriately at least six times between October of 2018 and March of 2019. She first told her dance coaches about it on March 2. The girl's mother was then informed. She told police she then took her daughter's phone and recorded Snapchat pictures and videos sent by Trevino that included images of male genitalia.

Investigators say on the night the allegations were reported to police members of Trevino's family and church met with him. People who were at that meeting told police Trevino made several comments including, "I shouldn't have done it. I'm sorry." Police say Trevino has refused to give them a statement.

Ingham County Magistrate Mark Blumer approved 6 charges of 2nd Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct after hearing the detective's sworn testimony.

Trevino is facing separate charges in 54-A District Court in which he is accused of inappropriately touching a young woman and trying to convince her to have sexual contact with him. He faces a total of 15 charges between the two cases. The Ingham County Prosecutor's Office says the cases will likely be combined if both are bound over for trial in Ingham County Circuit Court.

Trevino's father, Victor Trevino Senior, is also charged in 54-A District Court with Failure to Report Child Abuse.
