Damian Walker, the 19-year-old man who police say made a threat against LCC has been charged with making a terrorist threat is in court Friday for a pre-exam.
Walker will face Judge DeLuca at the Lansing 54A District Court.
He is being charged with one count of making a false report or threat of terrorism.
If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison.
At least three LCC campuses were evacuated on Wednesday, November 29, after a "credible threat" was called in to the Dewitt Police Department.
Walker was arrested around 3 in the afternoon the same day.
