A Jackson County teen found guilty of murdering his brother was sentenced to at least 22 years in prison on Wednesday.
Riley Spitler, 17, was charged with open murder for fatally shooting his 20-year-old brother Patrick.
During his sentencing Spitler said the shooting was accidental, but prosecutors maintain it was intentional.
