Police are investigating a shooting that sent a teenager to the hospital in critical condition on Tuesday morning.
At about 7:16 a.m, police got a 911 call about a shooting victim inside a vehicle at the Buddy's Mini-Mart on W. Morrell Street. Officers found an 18 year old man in the back seat of a car with a gunshot wound to the head. The man remains in critical condition at Henry Ford Allegiance Hospital, according to a news release.
Authorities believe the shooting happened inside the vehicle in the 300 block of Union Street, and the victim was driven to Buddy's Mini-Mart by an acquaintance.
Police say no suspects have been identified.
