A Jackson teenager is in critical condition after being dragged while hanging from the passenger window of an SUV.
Police have located the vehicle and have a possible suspect.
It happened Sunday afternoon on East Franklin Street near Southridge Apartments.
Jackson police say the SUV stopped near the 19 year-old. When the teen leaned inside the passenger window, the driver sped off.
