A Davidson High School teacher is in custody after allegedly video recording a naked 14-year-old in a Tropi Tan Spa in Genesee County.
The girl was in the tanning bed unclothed when she noticed an iPhone with an orange cover dangling over the cubicle wall separating the tanning beds said Genesee County Sheriff Robert Pickell.
The girl immediately got dressed and ran to tell her mother.
Sheriff deputies responded in minutes and found Jacob Emmendorfer, 42, in the next tanning cubicle.
Emmendorfer was arraigned on child sexually abusive activity, two counts of using a computer to commit a crime, and capturing or distributing an image of an unclothed person.
He faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted of the most serious charge.
