The state has approved more than $25 million in tax incentives for the SkyVue development project on Michigan Avenue in Lansing.
The former site of the Story Oldsmobile dealership will be turned into apartments, commercial space, and a parking garage.
The city is hoping to draw students and young professionals to live there.
