The suspect in Tuesday's deadly shooting outside a convenience store has been arrested and is being brought back to Eaton County to face charges.

Nathaniel Bowers was caught in the Detroit area.

Prosecutors say he shot and killed Trevon McDuffy in the parking lot of the Quicky Convenience Store on Waverly Road Tuesday afternoon.

Investigators believe the two men knew each other but they are not saying what led to the shooting or how they identified Bowers as a suspect.

Bowers will be arraigned on Open Murder and Felony Firearm charges.
