Michigan State Police are now investigating after a suspect died shortly after a struggle while being arrested.
The man is now being identified as 51 year-old Jack Lunneen of Berrien Springs.
Police say they were called out Monday for someone destroying property, and when they arrived they found the man in the parking lot.
He resisted arrest and was restrained, but then appeared to be having medical problems.
The man was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
