It's the first weekend of the summer in 2018 and there are plenty of outdoor festivals on tap in the next few days.
The Red Cedar Jubilee will kick off in Williamston at 11 a.m. Friday morning. The Lions Club food and beverage tent is open until midnight.
The Charlotte Bluegrass Festival continues at the Eaton County Fairgrounds, starting back up at noon.
The Summer Solstice Jazz Festival in East Lansing will also get underway.
It starts at 4 p.m. and runs through Saturday night.
