A substitute teacher was escorted out of St. Johns Middle School, and banned from teaching in the district. A letter was sent to parents on Thursday, May 11.
In a letter sent to parents, the Superintendent says students expressed concern over the sub's cell phone use. That's when the principals checked the photos on the substitute teacher's phone.
They say there were no pictures of students, but they didn't feel comfortable having the substitute teacher in the building.
No other details have been released.
