Two students have each been charged with a 20 year felony for allegedly making bomb threats in school bathrooms.

The 14 year old boy and 10 year old girl are charged with making a false report of terrorism, according to the Bath Township Police Department. Both are charged in Clinton County juvenile court.

The charges stem from two separate threats made at different schools. The first was found written on a bathroom stall at Bath Middle School on February 22nd. The second was discovered at Bath Elementary School on March 6th.

Bath Community Schools Superintendent Jake Huffman says both students were suspended through the end of the school year.
