State Rep. Inman out of caucus

LANSING, Mich. — State Representative Larry Inman has been booted from the House Republicans Caucus following news of his federal indictment last week

Inman is facing allegations of attempting to sell his vote on prevailing wage last year.

He denied those allegations last week.

A federal grand jury indicted him on charges of bribery, extortion and lying to the federal bureau of investigation.

Inman is expected to be arraigned May 29 on the charges, which carry a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.
