State appeals ruling on restrictions for sex offenders

A federal appeals court said the state was treating sex offenders as "moral lepers" by placing so many restrictions on where they can live and work.

The Attorney General's Office is asking justices to take another look at the case based on a law in Tennessee that required offenders to wear electronic monitors.
