It's finally spring in Michigan and the animals at the Potter Park Zoo are eagerly awaiting visitors this season.
Amy Morris from the Potter Park Zoo said, "It’s the perfect time to come see the zoo’s three new Suri alpaca, celebrate the birth of two North American river otter pups and maybe see a glimpse of a brand new red kangaroo joey."
The zoo will be open on April 1 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Extended hours until 8 p.m. will begin for the summer months.
