A teenager who shot and killed his older brother has been found guilty of second degree murder. A jury in Jackson County convicted Riley Spitler on Thursday.
He shot his brother Patrick in December of 2014. At first police believed it was an accident, but their investigation later found Riley pointed the gun at Patrick and said, "do you feel lucky" before pulling the trigger.
Riley Spitler was also found guilty on drug and weapons charges.
He could get life in prison when he's sentenced on march second.
