LANSING, Mich. — Sparrow has gotten approval to begin working on a new facility.
The Portland City Planning Commission approved the plans at their meeting Wednesday night.
The new facility will be an 11,500-foot family practice center in Portland.
Sparrow said the facility would have room for 24 caregivers, a non-emergency walk-in clinic and a lab for blood work.
