The Secretary of State has suspended Lansing Nissan's license, according to a sign posted on the dealership's window.
The sign states:
"The Secretary of State has suspended the license of this dealership from 11/22/17 thru 'indef.' This dealership is prohibited from buying, selling, offering for sale, brokering or dealing in vehicles and used vehicle parts as a penalty for violation(s) of the Michigan Vehicle Code."
The dealership is located at 1728 W. Grand River in Okemos.
Calls to the dealership, Nissan's consumer affairs line, and the Secretary of State were not immediately returned.
