UPDATE: The snow is making for a messy commute this morning.
Multiple crashes have been reported on US-127, including one involving a Lays Potato Chip truck and a car.
Also, two cars just slid off the ramp leading onto I-96 from Edgewood Blvd. in South Lansing.
The roads are slick and salt trucks are out trying to clear the main roads and highways.
Police are urging drivers to take it slow.
