Reports of smoke send East Lansing firefighters rushing to Chandler Crossings this morning.
When fire crews arrived at the clubhouse, they tell us there was a smell of smoke, but no flames.
All residents were evacuated from the apartment buildings while firefighters searched the clubhouse, with thermal imaging cameras.
They didn't find anything, and residents were allowed to return to their homes.
