LANSING, Mich. — Representative Slotkin met and talked with UAW strikers on Monday, Sept. 23.
It's the eighth day of UAW's strike against GM during ongoing negotiations.
Slotkin was out on the picket line at the Grand River plant.
She was talking to UAW members, hearing out their concerns and stories.
She's been open about her support of the strike.
Slotkin said she intends to spend more time in Lansing because Lansing hasn't had it's voice heard in some time.
